Some completed hats are available for purchase now. Most hats, however, will be custom-made for you after your order is received. Please carefully measure your head size as described in "how to measure your hat size" below. Because the vintage trims are often one-of-a-kind, we may not be able to duplicate a hat exactly.
-
For custom orders, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
-
Non-custom hats may be returned for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping and handling. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery to arrange the return and get a reference number. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring the item.
-
All custom hats are final sales. No exchanges or returns, unless the item is somehow defective or damaged. During the design process, we will make every effort to work closely with you and communicate color and trim details, substitutions, etc. so there will be no final surprises. Always feel free to ask questions or make requests, but after the final design has been agreed upon, any changes may incur additional fees.

Measure the head size horizontally above the eyebrows, around the largest part of the head. Do not wrap the measuring tape too tightly or the hat will not have a comfortable fit. Leave a "pinkie's" worth of ease. Write down the size in inches. Adult women's sizes average 22 1/2 to 23 inches with a slight trend in recent years toward larger head sizes.* Please double-check your measurement, especially if it is smaller than 22 inches or larger than 23 inches.
