1940's White FeltClassy 1940's wide-brim hat that is oh-so Kate Hepburn. The crown slants upward towards the back (2-3/4" high) and the 4" brim gently rolls downward, framing the face. The crown is trimmed in black grosgrain; the brim edge is similarly finished. Headsize measures 19", but the hat is designed to be worn perched at a jaunty angle, so should fit most.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. Felt shows very light wear commiserate with age. There are tan marks on the inside of crown (in an X-shape) where ribbons were once glued to help support the unusual shape of the crown.
